5 Beamforming Microphone Array

TOOLS REQUIRED

The following tools are required for installation of the Beamforming Microphone Array.

DROP-CEILING MOUNTING PROCEDURE

Use the following dimensions and orientation for the Suspension Column ceiling tile cut-out for the

drop-ceiling mounted Beamforming Microphone Array:

Drywall saw for cutting

hole in solid ceiling,

Hex wrenches:

3/32 and 9/64.

#1 Phillips

screwdriver.

razor knife for cutting

hole in suspended

ceiling tile.

1-1/2"

DROP CEILING CUT-OUT

SOLID CEILING

CUT-OUT

If ceiling tile is 2’ x 4’,

then this dimension

must be oriented

with the 4’ side. .

If ceiling tile is 2’ x 4’, then this dimension

must be oriented with the 2’ side.

Orientation does not matter with a 2’ x 2’

tile as long as it is square.
